What is the MOQ for custom leotards?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color. This allows dancewear brands, ballet schools, and studio programs to test core styles before expanding into more colors, sizes, or seasonal collections.
What fabrics are best for custom dance leotards?
Nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex are the main options for dance leotards because they provide stretch, recovery, and close body fit. Fabric weight, opacity, lining needs, and target use should be confirmed before sampling.
Can you add lining for better coverage?
Yes. Front lining, full lining, gusset construction, and opacity level can be adjusted based on color, age group, and style. Lining is especially useful for light colors, children’s sizes, and ballet school orders.
Can you make both children’s and adult leotard sizes?
Yes. We can support children’s, teen, and adult size ranges. Torso length, neckline depth, armhole shape, sleeve fit, and skirt placement can be adjusted during sampling to improve size consistency before bulk production.
What should I send to start a custom leotard quote?
A reference image or sketch, your target fabric, size range, and any branding requirements are enough to get started. If you have a tech pack, it will reduce sample revision rounds — but we can also build from a reference sample.
What are the most popular leotard colors for ballet schools and studio programs?
Black leotard, nude leotard, and pink ballet leotard are the most requested choices for school uniforms, children's classes, and recital collections. Solid colors are confirmed via Pantone reference before sampling to keep shades consistent across reorders.
